2. How to complain
Email support@wheezydoesit.co.uk. Include what happened, relevant dates, the page or communication involved and the outcome you are seeking.
3. How complaints should be handled
- Acknowledge the complaint when practical.
- Assign it to somebody not directly involved where possible.
- Gather relevant information and provide a fair opportunity to respond.
- Explain the outcome and any action taken.
- Offer a review by another responsible person when appropriate.
4. Urgent matters
Potentially unsafe medical content, safeguarding concerns, data breaches or serious misconduct should be escalated immediately rather than waiting for the standard complaint process.
5. Respectful communication
Wheezy Does It may limit contact that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory or persistently repetitive, while ensuring genuine concerns are still considered.
Approval needed: Set realistic acknowledgement, response and appeal times only after responsible people and monitoring arrangements are confirmed.
